If an item is found to be defective due to a factory or production error, we’ll replace it with the exact same garment at our expense. We are unable to replace orders if the error was due to incorrect information provided during the purchase, so please double-check all details before finalizing the order. Since these are full custom products, we cannot offer cash refunds of any kind. However, if you do encounter any issues, contact your personal representative immediately. Providing accurate details and a few pictures of the problem will help us assist you better.
